• Help you find the right tools for your needs and budget
• Collaborate with you to develop a Plan of Action so that you can carry out the improvements yourself
• Set up a tool and system for you and provide training and manuals
• Help you find a vendor or support partner
• If there is no current tool available which meets your needs, I can write one for you
